PMA VERSAlloy® Diamond Carbide - Tungsten Alloys

Rankin Protective Metal Alloys™ (PMA) Diamond Carbide Tungsten Alloys are ideal for health care applications and custom solutions including nuclear medicine and shielding applications. Our Tungsten Heavy Alloys offer:

  • high density
  • environmentally friendly
  • excellent deformation resistance
  • excellent radiation resistance

PMA VERSAlloy 40-60 Diamond Carbide - Tungsten Alloys

Rankin PMA VERSSAlloy® Diamond Carbide hardfacing rods are a special blend of tungsten carbide sintered with nickel, chromium, and boron powder. Fine particle tungsten combined with PMA VERSAlloy's nickel alloy matrix offers the ultimate in extreme wear protection. PMA VERSAlloy rods have a lower melting point than iron, resulting in no dilution of material and the ultimate in wear protection.

Rankin PMA VERSAlloy® Diamond Carbide trapezoid-shaped rods are easy to use and can be applied using Oxyacetylene, GTAW, and SMAW methods.
